How Valet Trash Works

Our core valet trash pickup service involves collecting trash and recycling directly from your doorstep five nights a week. Each resident is provided with a 22-gallon valet trash box to store outside of their front door. Trash should be placed in 13-gallon bags, and recycling should be placed in blue bags before being placed in the trash box. Cardboard boxes must be broken down, and no bulk items are allowed. There is a 15-pound weight limit for each daily pickup.

We install conveninently located pet waste stations throught the property for easy pet waste disposal. The pet waste stations are serviced 5 nights per week during regular valet trash pickup. Pet waste garbage bags are provided by us and restocked as needed during our regular trash pickup times.

Dumpster Leveling

Dumpster leveling is a solution for property managers who’se dumpsters are being filled with bulk faster than they can be disposed of. We remove excessive bulk trash from the dumpsters throughout the week to make sure there are no overages when dumpsters are collected by waste management, saving you on additional fees.

Bulk Trash Pickup

Bulk Trash Pickup can be scheduled to collect large household items, tree trimmings, and trash items weighing over 15 pounds. A bulk trash pickup can be scheduled with a quick phone call. Once the trash pickup has been scheduled, place the large items outside your doorstep next to your regular valet trash box. Once scheduled and placed outside, our trash collectors will handle the rest.

I met the owner Steven randomly at my office building. We talked about his Valet Trash service and since I operate a residential property management business. We hired him and he’s been excellent but one incident that stands out is where an older woman had recently moved into one of our managed apartments but she had to sit on the floor because she had no furniture. Then I remembered that one of our existing landlords was getting rid of some furniture which would be perfect for the woman in the apartment but she had no way to get it moved to her new apartment. Steven asked me for the addresses of both places. The next morning he picked up the couch, Lazy Boy Chair and TV and TV stand and delivered them to the woman and set them up for her. Then he did something unexpected, he did not present me with an invoice. Needless to say, this man cares about helping people. There are plenty of business that offer pick up trash service but Steven is the one I will remember the next time I need something moved. The only reason I gave him a Five Star Rating is because they don’t have a Six Star option.
